As an Inside Sales Representative , you will promote various products and services while building a solid business relationship with the clientele . Responsibilities:
Prospect new accounts for the client in the Mid-Market segment.
- Achieve assigned revenue target by developing new and repeat client business;
- Able to implement inbound/outbound sales strategies to cover customer base and meet revenue targets;
- Able to successfully partner and network with internal and external partners to provide advanced customer solutions.
Qualifications:
- Eligibility criteria:
- Be available to work 5 days up to 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST
- Reside within 100 km of the hiring location;
- Have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space.
- Bilingualism (French/English) - you will need to interact with French and English-speaking people in Canada and will need to answer calls in English between 50% to 80% of the time;
- A high school diploma, or the equivalent, completed;
- Proven strong sale track record
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B sales or account management, digital account or client relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills;
- Creativity - You are always looking for new solutions to exceed your customers' expectations;
- Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction;
- Excellent knowledge of various technologies;
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility; you will be in charge of managing your portfolio of clients in the most effective way;
- Knowledge of solution or consultative-based selling techniques, a great asset;
