_ Responsibilities _
Coordinate patient treatment plans and schedules to ensure smooth operations within the dental office.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options and financial responsibilities.
Develop and implement training materials for staff to enhance service delivery.
Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality in compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with the dental team to improve patient care and office efficiency.
Utilize instructional design skills to create engaging content for staff training sessions.
_ What We're Looking For: _
At least two years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator.
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and treatment planning with the ability to communicate options to patients.
Experience with Tracker software is an asset.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A professional, patient-focused approach with attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
