Reporting to the Contracts & Pricing Manager, this position is key to providing accurate pricing information to customer service, issuing quotes, and verifying automated validation of contracts rebate claims.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Ensure accuracy of records input into the contracts database
2. Assist with preparation of quotes and/or special pricing requests
3. Assist in preparing pricing comparison spreadsheets for updates and/or new price lists
4. Primary verification of Monthly Contract Rebate Claims from AMG accounts
5. Primary preparation of Usage Reports
6. Primary data organization and verification of results as compared to customer contracts
7. Primary or secondary (back-up) preparation of Request for Proposal
8. Secondary (back-up) responsibility of maintaining membership status and daily verification of the online bid notification services
9. Secondary (back-up) maintenance of the filing system

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. Knowledge of basic computer programming logic.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
3. DEC diploma and/or University degree
4. Bilingual
5. No experience is necessary. We will train you on everything you need to know to be successful!
