LEAD Consulting Conference is a one-of-a-kind interactive learning experience, which will help you sharpen your leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the culture of EY, interact with our staff, and establish connections with both us and your fellow students. We'll share with you how a career in professional services can be an exciting, challenging, and rewarding experience. Get ready for an exciting day to step into the shoes of an EY leader, and much more with us!

As a part of this conference, you will have the opportunity to learn from a diverse group of professionals who will share insights on what it takes to succeed in the industry. You will also see what EY is doing to develop our workforce diversity and some of the many initiatives that we have in place, all of which make EY an incredibly unique firm to work for.

The LEAD Consulting Conference will be held in Toronto on Thursday, August 7th, 2025.

Application Requirements

  • Students who are in pursuit of a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a Commerce/Business Administration student.
  • Hold a significant interest in a career in Consulting.
  • Students who are two or three years from graduation.
  • Demonstrate analytical, teamwork, and organizational skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Students will be selected based on their academic achievements, leadership, extracurricular activities, and communication skills.
  • Be committed to integrity within a professional environment.
