What You will Do:
Lead with Heart - Guide and support our Health Care Assistants (HCAs), helping them grow in their roles while ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Be the Go-To for Resident Care - Administer medications, conduct assessments, and coordinate care plans to ensure that each resident receives the personalized care they deserve.
Collaborate Across Teams - Work alongside physicians, families, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals to provide the best care possible.
Create Connections - Foster supportive, lasting relationships with residents and their families, making every day meaningful.
What We Are Looking For:
Leadership Skills - Whether you are guiding a team or stepping up to solve a problem, you are a natural leader who can inspire others and keep the team motivated.
Experience with Seniors - While experience with seniors is a bonus, it is your caring attitude and dedication to making a difference that matters most.
Strong Communication Skills - You can work well under pressure and communicate effectively with everyone from your teammates to families to physicians.
Organizational Excellence - You know how to stay on top of tasks, manage your time, and prioritize effectively to deliver exceptional care.
Physical & Emotional Resilience - This role requires physical stamina and emotional strength to manage the demands of nursing care with grace and compassion.

Requirements:
Registered with BCCNM in good standing
TB Screen, and Influenza Immunization (self-reporting optional, conditions apply)
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and be available on short notice
Previous experience in senior care is an asset, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are key!
