The Line Operator ensures that the production standards related to bottling and syrup meet or exceed the budgeted parameters. He ensures that the bottling line equipment is properly adjusted and continually verifies that the standards (organic and regular syrup) are being followed. He will also prioritize work to minimize downtime. The Line Operator will follow the food safety culture.

What are the main tasks of the job?

• Optimize the production line: Prepare carefully before launch to maximize efficiency.
• Machine control: React quickly to problems or product changes.
• Intervention and maintenance: Carry out rapid repairs and ask for help if necessary.
• Ensure syrup supply: Maintain a continuous flow of essential ingredients.
• Adhere to specifications: Strictly follow production guidelines for each product.
• Collaborate with supervision: Work closely together for an efficient start-up.
• Manage inventory: Anticipate material needs to avoid interruptions.
• Ensure compliance with standards: Maintain a clean and safe environment and comply with company quality and safety standards.

What profile are we looking for?

• Experience on a production line and in machine adjustment
• Experience in the agri-food industry (an asset)
• Manual and mechanical skills
• Good judgment and communication skills
• Good stress management and ability to deal with the unexpected
• Ability to take action if there is a problem with machines/equipment (adjustment and smooth running)
• Ability to work continuously on your feet and to make several trips during the day
