Prerequisites and training

• BAC in mechanical, or electrical, or automation engineering
• 5 to 7 years of experience is a similar position
• Bilinguism english/french: spoken and written at an intermediate level
• Experience in customer service
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with Zoho Desk would be an asset
