Advanced Chemist for AI Model Training

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced advanced chemist to join our team and contribute to the development of AI models.

About the Role

This is a full-time or part-time remote position that offers flexibility and autonomy in project selection. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects, choose their own schedule, and be rewarded with hourly pay starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the performance of AI chatbots by providing them with diverse and complex chemistry problems and assessing their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance.

Qualifications

• A Master's or PhD in chemistry (current, in progress, or completed) is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detailed-oriented.
• Proficient in chemistry and inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
