Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of chemistry, with a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD preferred but not required. Relevant fields include Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the performance and correctness of AI chatbots by providing diverse and complex chemistry problems.
• Assess the quality of AI model outputs, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• A current, in-progress, or completed Master's and/or PhD is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detailed-oriented individual with expertise in chemistry and inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.

Work Arrangements

• This is a full-time or part-time remote position.
• You will have the flexibility to choose projects that suit your interests and schedule.
• Projects are paid hourly, starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.
