About the Role
As a Client Care Supervisor (RPN), you'll lead and mentor a dedicated team of Personal Support Workers (PSWs), ensuring our clients receive exceptional care that meets regulatory standards. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our staff in community and retirement home settings, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and fostering strong client relationships.

What You'll Do
Lead with Purpose: Supervise and guide a team of PSWs, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.
Ensure High Standards: Oversee daily operations, ensuring care delivery aligns with all regulatory standards.
Support Professional Growth: Conduct performance evaluations, provide training, and mentor PSWs for continuous improvement.
Collaborate for Success: Work with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to create and execute care plans.
Enhance Client Relationships: Build trust with clients and their families by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Drive Innovation: Identify areas for improvement in care delivery and implement effective solutions.
What We're Looking For
Strong Leadership: Proven ability to motivate, and drive team performance while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Proven Experience: A background in home care or retirement home setting is a strong asset.
Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with clients, families, and team members.
Organizational Excellence: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Qualifications
RPN Certification is mandatory
Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Proof of a negative TB skin test (2-step Mantoux).
Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check (completed within the last 6 months).
