Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Senior Analyst - Network Operations to join their team. As a Senior Analyst - Network Operations, you will be part of the IT department supporting network operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to learning which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Analyst - Network Operations

Location: Pointe-claire, Quebec (1x onsite/week)

What's the Job?

• Provide network support with a variety of operating systems.
• Maintain network connectivity to all computer workstations and Cloud services.
• Monitor and investigate any network performance issues.
• Assist with implementing new network and security solutions.
• Actively participate in implementing DevSecOps practices.

What's Needed?

• Strong knowledge of SPB (Must have)
• Strong knowledge of networking (BGP, MPLS, VPN, firewall etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in computer sciences.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in a large production network environment.
• 3+ years of experience with Private Cloud network management.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory.
