Our client in the automotive and refrigeration industry is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will be leading a team of individuals and assisting clients. The ideal candidate will ideally have automotive industry experience, a great team player attitude, and be comfortable with being hands-on to contribute to the business' success.

Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Coquitlam, B.C.
Pay Range: $50k to $70k per year, depending on experience

What's the Job?

• Being the main point of contact for customers while technicians repair their equipment
• Communicate updates, changes and solutions to issues that arise to customers
• Schedule work for technicians and make changes on the fly, as needed
• Liaise with the Parts Department to coordinate the delivery and sourcing of parts required for completing repair work
• Inputting work orders into customer's online portals/software
• Opening, updating and closing work orders relating to each repair
• Prepare estimates and work with customers to gain approval

What's Needed?

• Experience in the automotive, refrigeration, or heavy duty mechanic industry is preferred.
• Positive attitude, great customer service skills, and Team Player mentality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Car dealership experience is ideal, but not required.
• Technical knowledge is an asset, but willingness to learn is agreeable.
