Job Title: Advanced Chemist - AI Model Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled advanced chemist to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI models.

The ideal candidate will possess an expert understanding of chemistry, with a completed or in-progress Master's/Ph.D. preferred but not required. Related fields include Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Provide diverse and complex chemistry problems to AI chatbots for evaluation and improvement.
• Evaluate the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Evaluating AI model outputs for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current, in-progress, or completed Master's and/or Ph.D. (preferred but not required).
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in chemistry and inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
