Job Description:

An advanced chemist is sought to train AI models, measuring their progress, evaluating logic, and solving problems to enhance model quality.

This role requires an expert understanding of chemistry, preferably with a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD. Related fields include formulation scientists, development chemists, analytical chemists, chemical engineers, medicinal chemists, biochemists, and process development chemists.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the outputs of AI chatbots for diverse and complex chemistry problems.
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI models' outputs.

Qualifications:

• A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Proficient in chemistry and inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
