Supervise and schedule Food & Beverage Servers and other staff members. 2. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies for restaurant operations and calculate food and labour costs. 3. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and food wastage. 4. Hire & train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. 5. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Education: Completion of Secondary School Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Standing for extended periods.
