Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will actively support the CEO in executing the company's vision and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment facilitation, merchant services, and operational leadership. This individual will be responsible for overseeing business strategy, revenue growth, and overall company operations to ensure our client remains a market leader.
Key Role Objectives
How you will contribute:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies to enhance our clients position in the payment industry, with a strong focus on PayFac and merchant acquisition.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Revenue Growth & Expansion: Drive business development efforts to acquire new merchants, expand market share, and optimize existing relationships.
- Partnerships & Alliances: Build and maintain relationships with banks, payment processors, and other strategic partners to enhance our clients service offerings.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all operations align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in payment facilitation.
- Technology & Innovation: Work closely with the technology and product teams to enhance the company's payment solutions, ensuring they remain competitive and cutting-edge.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to drive business success and maintain a strong organizational culture.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial planning, and profitability, ensuring sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
- CEO Support: Act as a key advisor to the CEO, assisting in decision-making, strategic planning, and high-level operational execution.
