Your Role as an Associate Dentist: You'll provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages in a welcoming, low-stress environment. Our patient base is diverse, including families with children and retired military personnel. You'll handle a variety of procedures, including:
Basic restorative care
Crowns and bridges
Simple endodontics
Extractions
Emergencies
New patient exams and recalls
What to Expect:
Average daily production: $3-4k, depending on your speed and efficiency
New patients per month: 20-25
2 experienced hygienists working alongside you both days
Procedures we typically refer out: Complex endo retreats, periodontal treatment, and we have a denturist in our Brighton office for denture cases
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
Deliver high-quality care across a range of dental procedures
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Collaborate with the team to ensure the best patient outcomes
Maintain accurate records using ABELdent software
Follow infection control and safety protocols
What We're Looking For: Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited school
Current registration and good standing with RCDSO
CPR certification
Experience:
1-2 years of private practice experience preferred
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build patient trust
Self-confidence with an empathetic, patient-first approach
Ability to manage a busy schedule while maintaining quality care
