Here is what you will do

Air Liquide Home Healthcare is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Technical Lead, Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations based out of our Mississauga Head Office. The Technical Lead, Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations is an important part of the Business Process Team, reporting to the Director, Business Process.

The incumbent is responsible for implementing, configuring, and transforming Microsoft D365 F&O. They work with integrators, the application team, executives, and stakeholders to ensure that the ERP system meets company needs and supports growth.
Collaborate closely with the National Application Manager and Business Stakeholders to formulate and implement business application testing strategies that align with project delivery schedules, while ensuring adherence to internal control procedures throughout the process
Manage system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system operation.
Develop standards for system development, integrations, and data management using APIs, middleware for consistency and scalability.
Evaluate, solution, and build integrations between D365 F&O applications and third-party systems
Develop, implement, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Azure Synapse, and Azure Logic Apps.
Lead the development of customizations, plugins, workflow and integrations for D365 F&O applications.
Work with Stakeholders to maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support business intelligence initiatives.
Stay current on D365 F&O and Power Platform advancements and features to ensure best practices and optimal performance.
Develop and maintain technical documentation such as technical design documents and test plans.
Act as a subject matter expert on D365 F&O, staying up to date with new releases and functionality.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering skill development and knowledge enhancement
Works with the Business Application Manager and Director, Business Process to estimate complexity, budgets, work loads for all projects defined. This includes the scheduling of resources within the Business Process team as well as business resources required to complete the project.
Support Application team on level 2 support issues

Here is what you will need
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or reporting, with a strong focus on Power Platform tools.
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O, Dataverse, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, and data visualization best practices. Strong understanding of data integration and data management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to addressing challenges.
Microsoft M365 F&O, Power Platform, or Azure certifications (an asset).
Experience with industry security standards, cloud security best practices, and platform-specific tools.
Knowledge of modern software development best practices and their application within a cloud environment
