Position: Senior Scrum Master
Location: Hybrid, 2x per week in office (Toronto, ON)
Structure: Full-time Permanent
Pay: Base plus bonus, benefits, pension and stock options

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in Software Projects
4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Experience working on software projects working with APIs, Integration and Cloud
Excellent Agile expertise with the ability to coach others new to Agile within your scrum teams
Experience working with Jira, managing backlogs and creating solutions to monitor and improve Agile project delivery
CSM or CSPO Certification for Agile required
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate clear examples, stories and solutions to advise and influence on products and software projects.
