Job Summary: The Account Coordinator is responsible for managing a portfolio of public safety client accounts by developing and maintaining a relationship with each client account and an understanding of customer requirements and expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Administer public safety program accounts, by being the first point of contact for customers questions about orders and quotes
• Analyze stock levels and advise planners of requests for stock transfers and stock ordering
• Manage customize MTM orders
• Provide support when WMS problems arise
• Support customers on the use of ESF
• Conduct sales transactions through online shopping applications (Shopify)
• Onboard new uniform account programs
• Request to expedite orders according to priorities
• Change priority status on orders entered in BC/WMS
• Follow safe work procedures
• Other duties as assigned
Experience and Education:
• College/associate degree
• 1-2 years' experience in customer service and or sales in the retail sector
