What you will be doing

Develop and manage a dynamic sales pipeline directed at private schools, ensuring clear visibility from initial contact to deal closure.
Deliver engaging presentations that highlight our innovative learning solution and meet the needs of stakeholders.
Independently navigate the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals that achieve ambitious revenue goals.
Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers within the private school landscape.
Utilize our CRM to keep meticulous records and forecasts.

What you will NOT be doing

Supervising a team - this role emphasizes hands-on sales execution as an individual contributor.
Adhering to inflexible processes - you will create the strategy for entering this market.
Depending on extensive support teams for lead generation or deal closure.
Marketing an indistinct product in an already saturated market.

Key Responsibilities

Secure revenue growth by obtaining signings for the 2 Hour Learning solution in private schools, solidifying a strong market foothold, and achieving sustainable growth annually.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven success record in meeting or surpassing revenue targets.
Experience in managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Previous experience in education markets (US K-12 schools) or related fields such as EdTech, SaaS, or services is highly preferred.
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Must reside in the US or Canada, preferably in the Northeast (e.g., Maine, New York, Connecticut).
In-depth knowledge of the U.S. private school market.
Willingness to travel 50-75% to engage with private school clients and attend events.
