Become the expert who turns every in-store interaction into a meaningful customer experience. With your passion for service and in-depth product knowledge, you'll help every customer successfully realize their projects.

Your role:

  • Provide all customers with an excellent in-store experience, offering expert advice and proactive assistance
  • Provide quotes for projects, follow up with prospects and close sales
  • Promote the sale of complementary products and services such as installation, financing and delivery
  • Inform customers of current promotions and financing options
  • Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

What we're looking for:

  • 2 years' relevant experience in the renovation field
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with computers, and the ability to learn to work with new software
  • Motivation and ability to meet and exceed sales targets by responding to customer needs
