The agent must answer incoming calls, take payment arrangments and call clients that missed their last payments to perform a close follow up with them. He must also reply to emails and perform other similary tasks such as data entry.

Work conditions :

• 8 Hours
• From monday to friday
• Day shift
• Week-ends off

• Salary revision every 6 months
