New-Line is looking for an experienced Account Representative to join our expanding company. This role will be home based out of Burnaby, BC. Core Job Responsibilities
Research prospective customer opportunities by assessing potential and ROI
Make telephone warm and cold calls, send emails, host virtual meetings and when needed perform in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers to create a stable customer base within the given Territory
Qualify new accounts; identify needs and personally provide quotes and follow up
Review, understand and negotiate terms and conditions with customers
Maintain existing customer accounts through service and attention
Respond to customer inquiries, orders or quotes in an expedient and effective manner
Maintain accurate calendar and CRM databases

Role Requirements
Minimum of 2 years industrial B2B Field Sales experience required
CRM, Excel, and Outlook experience preferred
Passion for industrial sales and service
Mechanically inclined
Previous Hose & Fitting knowledge would be an asset
A valid class 5 Drivers License with clean drivers report and a clean, well kept vehicle in good working order
