Territory Manager

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base within your assigned geographic region. You will be a key point of contact for clients, developing relationships, and ensuring the company's products/services are effectively presented. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a hungry mindset, and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets within your assigned territory.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty.
Market Expansion: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Product Knowledge: Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing clients.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets. Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
Collaboration: Work closely with the project teams to align strategies and improve client experience.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Travel: Frequent travel required within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or territory management role. Experience in the construction or architecture industry.
Sales Skills: Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with experience in business-to-business sales, relationship-building, and negotiations.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both small and large groups.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, problem solve and manage time effectively to achieve goals.
Education: In Construction, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
