Castle Fuels is seeking a full-time permanent role at our busy Petro-Pass Fuel Bulk Plant for someone who loves to work both in and out-of-doors, is a self-starter and has excellent customer service skills. If this is you, we would love to hear from you!
The Customer Service and Cardlock Associate will provide exceptional customer service while assisting with office administration using basic accounting knowledge and computer skills. This role also supports the cardlock and warehouse function including inspecting, monitoring and maintaining the cardlock area and completing reporting requirements.
You must enjoy a variety of duties both in the office and outdoors as required. You may be required to lift up to 40 lbs., so physical fitness is required.
_This position is included in the Collective Agreement with Teamsters Local 213 _
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm with an hour lunch (flexible shift during business hours)

Job Duties
Customer Service Administration
Daily cash register reconciliation
Professionally answer phones, accept customer orders and follow-up on customer requests accurately and timely using both computer and cash register when required
Assist with all in-store merchandise including displays, ordering, pricing, stocking and cleaning shelves, maintaining coffee/food stations
Assist with cleaning of office and bathrooms
Assist with various administrative tasks which may include:
o Entering inventory purchases, pricing and codes as required and updating WTBS as required
o Data entry of customer billing and purchasing information in the Pheonix and WTBS systems
o Completing month end customer statements, preparations and mailings
o Data entry of inventory purchases, pricing and codes as required
Cardlock Assistance & Vacation Relief
Completes & records daily, weekly & monthly cardlock inspections including: inspecting equipment (pumps, hoses, nozzles, card readers, printers, lighting, decals etc.) cleaning up debris, fuel drips, change windshield buckets, clean squeegees, empty garbage containers & over flow dispensers, remove pump panels and inspect sumps.
Dips and records the oil/water separator levels and test the on/off valve on a weekly basis.
Top up dye tanks in dye injection pumps as required (prevent run outs) as required
Fully clean (vacuum, sweep, mop, wipe down, dust) office, bathrooms & showers daily and restock supplies as needed.
Troubleshoot card-reader as required.
Experience / Qualifications / Skills
2 or more years Customer Service experience
Computer Skills are required including the use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook with an attention to detail
Ability to multitask and problem solve
Must be able to perform lifting duties (pails & cases up to 40 lbs.)
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
A clean criminal record check is required
