We are looking for a service parts coordinator who'll be tasked to bring and develop the right offering to our customers. As part of your role, you'll directly impact consumers and dealers by providing a portfolio that brings the highest value to them and to BRP.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Leverage your solid understanding of service parts market dynamics to identify and lead initiatives to develop the optimal offering to our customers and business partners.
  • Using strong business rationale, manage the service parts portfolio and provide analysis to support adding, growing, and exiting categories.
  • Monitor and optimize the service parts portfolio life cycle value while continuously being on the lookout for threats and opportunities that could influence your strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of competitors products features, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Continuously strive to improve your Key Performance Indicators, Growth and Profitability, while building a compelling value proposition both for the dealer network and for customers.
  • Serve as a Service Parts ambassador, and act as a subject matter expert within the overall business.
  • Contribute to the preparation of product download documentation by providing product information (PVA features and benefits) in collaboration with product strategy and engineering to provide robust storylines and reasons to believe.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A college or bachelor's degree in business, engineering, product management, or a relevant track record experience with high interest in powersports, automotive, heavy equipment functions related to service parts or after-sales functions.
  • Business acumen in managing portfolios, entrepreneurship, and capacity at building strong business cases.
  • Be an enthusiastic team player, passionate about vehicle repair and customer lifetime value.
  • Strong leadership and collaborative skills to work efficiently in a cross-functional environment.
  • Bilingual: English mandatory, French is a strong asset.
