Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute application security initiatives
Design, implement, and maintain security solutions
Conduct security assessments and penetration testing
Analyze security risks and develop mitigation strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices
Stay current with emerging security threats and trends

Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in information security, with a focus on application security
Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and best practices
Proficiency in security tools and techniques
Experience with control testing and audit methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
CISSP or CISA certification
Experience with network security devices (firewalls, routers)
Knowledge of mainframe and cloud technologies
Experience with IT audits and control testing
