Process & Organization: Manage administrative tasks with precision, streamline processes, and implement strategies that enhance efficiency and profitability.
Sales & Profitability: Drive inventory management, financial analysis, and sales forecasting to optimize performance and meet targets.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales management (automotive or luxury brand preferred).
Strong leadership, organizational, and process-driven mindset.
Expertise in sales strategies, inventory control, and financial analysis.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
