Diversified Staffing Services, Alberta's leading staffing agency is currently looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our clients growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and developing new business opportunities. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales and account management.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within existing accounts
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify key areas for growth
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track account activity
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
