As a Senior Strategic Account and Sales Manager, you will provide managed commercial vehicle and maintenance services to retail chains, manufacturers, and distribution companies with commercial fleets requiring maintenance across Ontario. This sales position is a player-coach role. As an individual contributor, you will spend 20% of your time managing existing accounts, with 80% of your time in a leadership role, managing a team of four account managers. This newly created position will be reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales. The base salary is $130,000 - $140,000 plus annual bonus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

$130,000 - $140,000 Base Salary, plus commission

OTE in the first year is $160,000 +

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:

Head Office - Mississauga Ontario

Working from the office 2 days a week with client site visits required the remainder of time

The sales territory is the Greater Toronto Area

Full-time - Monday to Friday

EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of sales experience working in fleet leasing, fleet management and repair services, or related field

5+ years of sales leadership experience

Technical automotive experience is considered an asset

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Excel - Intermediate

PowerPoint - Intermediate

MS Word - Intermediate

Online Demos - Intermediate
