Responsibilities:
Lead daily Store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving sales performance targets.
Collaborate effectively with the Store Manager and District Manager.
Recruit, train, and mentor Team Members, fostering a positive and collaborative environment to drive team success.
Oversee inventory management processes, including markdowns, stock replenishment, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Utilize POS systems and Paymentech platforms to process transactions accurately and maintain detailed sales records.
Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring the store is ready for business and secured at the end of the day.
