Position: Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (12-16 Month Term Contract)
Location: Mill Bay, BC

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications: Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree program.
Registered as a Dental Hygienist in the relevant province of occupation.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and organize a fast-paced daily schedule.
Experience working independently within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Proficient computer skills, including practice management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) would be considered an asset.

Hourly Rate: $58.00-$63.00/hour (based on experience).

Your Responsibilities
Perform all aspects of clinical hygiene services, including scaling, root planing, polishing, and topical fluoride treatments.
Understand how to case type patients based on clinical protocol.
Act as an oral health educator, guiding patients in preventative techniques and promoting good oral health habits.
Build strong, professional relationships with patients, ensuring personalized care tailored to their expectations.
Provide a unique experience for each patient, delivering care based on their individual needs and desired outcomes.
