Director of Health Information Operations - Prince George, BC

We are in the center of business, education, health, and culture for northern British Columbia that services a rural population of about 300,000.

We are currently looking for a Director of Health Information Operations with significant management and leadership experience to join our team in Prince George .

Responsibilities:
Lead a team delivering Health Information Management (HIM) services, including registration, records management, health informatics, and business process redesign.
Drive integrated care and high-quality service delivery.
Manage complex projects, stakeholder relationships, and HIM service contracts.
Advance healthcare transformation through people, processes, and technology.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in health information science or related discipline.
7+ years of Health Information Management experience.
Strong leadership and change management skills.
CCHIM certification is an asset.
