This individual will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. 2. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. 3. Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by the dietitian or chef. 4. Inspect kitchens and food service areas. 5. Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food 6. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. 7. Manage kitchen operations. Job Requirements: Languages: English Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Worksite environment: Restaurant Personal suitability: Initiative, organized, standing for extended periods.
