The Opportunity:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy and provide customers with a remarkable experience
Take calls and schedule appointments with customers that are in need of our products and services. NO HARD SELLING
Make follow up calls ensure resolution and understanding
Maintain customer records/files by updating account information
Continuously monitor the calendar and ensure appointment scheduling is optimized
Contribute to the team effort by performing related tasks as needed
Process texts, archive, copy, print, post, organize, etc

Conditions of application:
1 years of call center or customer service experience and good phone etiquette - good track record!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
Disciplined and motivated
Ability to manage several tasks at the same time (multitasking)
Good listening skills
Ability to actively follow up
Likes to consult and help people
Find creative solutions to unforeseen events and problems
Proficiency in computer skills
