RESPONSIBILITIES

Determine customer wants/needs and budget in order to discuss vehicle options
Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles
Follow up with prospective customers by returning emails/voicemails
Maintain ongoing relationships with potential and existing customers
Follow up with customers to confirm their satisfaction, generate leads
Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCESSFUL

Valid Class 5 or N Driver's license
Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience is an asset
Professional appearance, verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
