Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Good standing membership or eligibility with the British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM)
Current First Aid Certificate
Food Safe Certificate
About The Role
A part time night line of .73 FTE is currently available in our Mill Creek Village Community.
Casual opportunities are also available.
You'll conduct resident assessments, administer treatments and medications, and monitor the health of residents with complex needs, working closely with our team to deliver compassionate care. Your leadership will guide the team in best practices, quality improvement initiatives, and safety protocols. As a Baptist Housing ambassador, you will embody our ministry values, creating positive relationships with residents, families, and team members alike, while serving through servant leadership.
About You
You are a compassionate, driven professional with a strong work ethic, thriving both independently and as part of a team. With exceptional interpersonal skills, you build meaningful relationships with residents and team members, contributing to a warm, supportive environment. Your expertise in clinical care is complemented by a thorough understanding of the aging process and cognitive changes, which allows you to deliver sensitive and holistic care. Your skill set includes proficient medication management, standard healthcare protocols, and familiarity with the Wellness Model and legal documentation. You bring a dedication to excellence, a positive spirit, and a desire to make a real difference in the lives of others.
Compensation & Benefits
Our comprehensive compensation package aligns with the Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement. Level 3 RNs are compensated at an hourly rate of $41.42 - $55.91.
