Community Occupational Therapist

Work Location: Toronto, Scarborough and GTA
We Offer:
Salary-$165,000-$208,000
Part-time and Full-time Opportunities
Sign on Bonus $3000

Qualifications:
Masters degree of Occupational Therapy (preferred)
Minimum 2 years Experience in field work as an Occupational Therapist
ADP Authorizer is preferred but not required
Great communication skills - must be able to effectively communicate and think critically (both written and verbal skills)
Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (must be in good standing)
Responsibilities:
Complete community assessments and implement an effective treatment plan for patients (Non MVA files)
Ensure that all patient's needs are met
Collaborate with other team members and health care professionals when needed.
Documentation-charting to ensure excellent communication in a timely manner
Identify the need for any beneficial/assistive device for the patient - support with the coordination of the delivery and installation of these devices
