Board-Certified physician needed to join 20 general Internists in a group of 120+ physicians. Work 5 days/week.

514-bed Level II trauma center; 160-bed community hospital. Call 1/5 or better. Average 30 patients per day/five in the hospital. Productivity-based bonus formula for all physicians; base salary plus bonus first two years; then partnership. In-house state-certified laboratory, cardiology testing, nuclear testing, CT, PET, PET CT, MRI, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, DEXA, IV therapy, radiation therapy.

Electronic medical records & PACS; clinical research dept.

Salary: $180,000 Probably base plus bonuses quarterly Established docs earning $200K up to $300k range.
