Job description
The Line Operator is responsible for performing on-site duties according to company Quality and Safety policies, following GMP SOPs, and complying with HC and FDA GMP regulations.
Responsibilities:
Check components at the start of each shift (valves/cans).
Perform hourly checks of weights, pressure, vacuum, and water bath temperature.
Test the checkweigher machine regularly.
Maintain the water bath at or above 130 F.
Inspect for dents and dirt.
Ensure proper nitrogen usage in cans.
Verify batch numbers with compounding.
Conduct wash-up and cleanup at the end of a run.
Fill out the necessary forms and logs.
Perform other assigned duties.
Food Safety:
Follow food safety procedures.
Support regulatory activities related to food manufacture.
Ensure product quality and safety.
Health & Safety:
Follow health and safety regulations.
Wear personal protective equipment.
Participate in evacuation drills and safety training.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma
Proficiency in English

Pay rate: $17.50 per hour + sign-on bonus
