Job description
Our baking industry client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator (afternoon shift) to join our dynamic team. As a Machine Operator (afternoon shift), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless processing of machinery and maintaining high-quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Follow production schedule provided by the Production Supervisor.
Transfer prepared dough/batter from buggies to the hopper into the extruder.
Calibrate machines according to product specifications, monitoring weight and size.
Clean equipment and surrounding areas after each batch/buggy, ensuring waste removal.
Conduct quality checks on each batch to meet high-quality standards.
Support other production departments as needed.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of production equipment and floor.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:
Weekend work and overtime may be required.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Fast-paced environment.
Physical demands include bending, carrying, lifting, push/pull (up to 250lbs), reaching, and standing for long periods.
Ability to work in a hot/cold environment.
Qualification:
Must have previous baking industry experience
Must have a machine operator experience 1+ years
Must be PR or Citizen
