We are seeking a Marketing Team Lead to spearhead campaigns for our products, support product launches, and enhance our brand presence in the life sciences industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the development and assessment of marketing and communication strategies to enhance Envidas public image per the companys mission and business goals.
Manage budget planning and allocation for marketing activities to maximize resources across campaigns while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Train new marketing assistants and provide mentorship and training to all team members to encourage a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment.
Oversee campaign development and direct team initiatives to promote Envidas products and services effectively.
Supervise the teams social media activities to maintain consistent brand presence and ensure responsive customer engagement.
Collaborate with Product Development and Sales teams to develop and implement launch materials for new products.
Lead public relations efforts and represent Envida at events and media opportunities to boost brand visibility.
Support team growth by providing guidance and constructive feedback to create a productive work environment.
Coordinate events and activities that align with Envidas brand and foster audience engagement.
Track sales data, collaborate with team members, and contribute to achieving overall marketing goals.
Perform other related duties, including tracking sales data and working with team members to achieve marketing goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A bachelors degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related discipline is preferred
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
Experience in the wellness or life sciences industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and video editing software.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Ability to analyze market trends, campaign performance, and customer insights
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members
Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
