Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire customer service department to ensure exceptional service standards and a seamless customer experience
Lead and manage a team of customer service staff, ensuring efficient operations, high performance, and clear communication across all levels
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, aligning with market trends and dealership objectives
Analyze market research to identify consumer demand, improve service offerings, and monitor competitors' impact on sales and service quality
Collaborate with senior management to set goals, determine services and products offered, and establish credit and pricing policies
Resolve complex customer issues, complaints, and service requests, ensuring prompt and professional solutions
Lead performance reviews and develop staff training programs to enhance skills and ensure a motivated, high-performing team

Requirements:
Bachelors degree and 3-5 years of experience in a management role, ideally within the automotive or retail industry
Advanced knowledge of customer service best practices, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams
Strong familiarity with word processing, database, project management, and inventory control software
