We are currently seeking part-time (approx. $20 - $23 per hour) Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team At Your Home Compassion Care. In this position, you will play a key role in brand development, expanding our client base and increasing revenue for our home care services.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
Advocate for the brand vision, strategy and positioning, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
Identify and establish relationships with key referral sources to generate leads and referral opportunities
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets and develop effective marketing plans
Collaborate with the management team to ensure that services provided align with marketing messages and client needs
Expand social media posts and digital marketing campaigns
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities within the home health care industry
Coordinate and attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services
Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements
Education in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Care Management, or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing Management, preferably in homecare or healthcare industry
Digital marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and to set priorities according to key business needs
Analytical capabilities; detail oriented
Effective interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent writing skills
