We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess strong communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and interact with a diverse client base. Previous Collection Agency Experience is a MUST.

Responsibilities
Primary point of contact for clients
Communicate with clients via telephone and email
Address Client Inquiries
Providing Product and Service Information
Resolving any Emerging issues
Reporting
Prepare manual letters
Adhoc Requests
Manage & Distribute emails from General Mailbox
Document Uploads
Qualifications
Previous experience in a collection agency and/or client services is mandatory
Familiarity with Debt Master / DRS is an asset, but not mandatory
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Proficient in English with extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills
Maintain cordial relationships with clients

Pay: $2,800.00-$3,300.00 per month
