Direct Patient Care :
Provide and maintain opioid agonist therapy (OAT) for stable and new patients.
Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and initiate treatments, focusing on withdrawal management and pain/addiction overlap.
Use anti-craving medications to treat alcohol use disorder and manage complex cases.
Indirect Patient Care :
Oversee documentation that is efficiently managed through digital systems by your support team.
Participate in team meetings and patient care discussions with a focus on harm reduction.
Review diagnostic results and adjust treatment plans electronically, ensuring timely and precise care.
Clinical Administrative Services :
Participate in digitally streamlined audits , chart reviews, and program evaluations.
Engage in program development aimed at improving care delivery and minimizing harm in the DTES.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Pay: $124,217.71-$459,620.74 per year
