Island Health is hiring a permanent part-time X-Ray Combined Technologist.

This position is eligible for up to a $20,000 signing bonus. Relocation assistance of up to $3,000 (if you are relocating from within BC) may be available to assist with your move to this charming, oceanfront town on Vancouver Island.

What you will do
As the X-Ray Combined Technologist, reporting to the supervisor or designate, you will work in a computerized environment, producing diagnostic radiographs as assigned and carrying out diagnostic procedures either independently or in collaboration with a radiologist or other physician. You will apply radiation safety principles and practices to protect patients, staff and the general public, as well as complete required documentation and administrative tasks.

What you will need
Graduation from a recognized combined Laboratory and X-ray Technology Program.
One year of recent, related experience.
