Our client, a leading solutions provider in the IT services industry, is seeking a Senior Integrator - Business Solutions to join their team. As a Senior Integrator, you will be part of the Business Solutions Department supporting the Integration Team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service abilities, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Integrator - Business Solutions
Location: Anywhere in Canada (Fully Virtual)
Pay Range: $90 per hour
What's the Job?
- Determine needs and recommend tailored solutions to clients.
- Compile data from customers and conduct data review and analysis.
- Create integration diagrams using Cacoo/Visio software.
- Communicate analysis results and make technical recommendations to customers.
- Carry out the complete implementation process and perform quality control at every project phase.
What's Needed?
- Minimum 2 years of experience with M-Files (mandatory).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in system and network administration.
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2012R2, 2016, 2019 & Windows 7, 10, 11.
- Strong customer service skills and analytical mind.
- Bilingualism (English and French).
