Your Responsibilities:

  • Place orders, process invoices, and manage payments related to raw material orders in collaboration with buyers.
  • Track order progress and maintain regular communication with suppliers.
  • Organize and plan deliveries in coordination with transportation companies.
  • Coordinate and monitor the delivery of raw materials.
  • Verify the conformity of received products with orders.
  • Collaborate with the logistics department to manage inventory.
  • Conduct regular inventories and ensure their accuracy.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement activities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, order status, and key performance indicators.

What We're Looking For:

  • A.E.C. in Procurement or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management with a focus on logistics, or any other relevant education or experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in procurement within the manufacturing sector (an asset).
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment.
